This 25-day ultimate Uganda expedition covers the country from east to west, combining culture, adventure, and wildlife. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Entebbe
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, pick-up and transfer to your hotel and relax after the flight. However, depending on the time you arrive and the energy you have, you can opt for an optional activity, for example, a visit to the Entebbe Botanical Gardens or Uganda Wildlife Education Centre. Day 2: Jinja – Source of the Nile Adventure
After a leisurely breakfast, set off northwards through Uganda’s vibrant capital, Kampala, beginning your scenic drive toward Jinja, where you find the legendary Source of the Nile. The day starts with the city’s energetic rhythm, boda-bodas weaving through traffic, the enticing aroma of street food, and the lively calls of local vendors. Soon, the urban buzz fades into a tranquil countryside of rolling hills and lush greenery.
As you journey east, the highway becomes a colorful corridor lined with roadside stalls offering an array of fresh tropical fruits—sweet pineapples, ripe mangoes, sugarcane sticks, and jackfruit. Passing through Mukono, you experience everyday Ugandan life.
Midway, you enter Mabira Forest, one of Uganda’s largest rainforests. You may spot monkeys and butterflies or opt for a forest walk or zip-lining.
Emerging from Mabira, the road winds through Lugazi and Kakira sugar plantations. Crossing the New Nile Bridge, you witness the River Nile beginning its journey to the Mediterranean Sea.

Day 3: Sipi Falls – Mount Elgon Region

Day 4: Sipi Falls Hike
